SILKSCREEN: The doll body pattern is silkscreened on the fabric with fabric for head cover. Sew on the dotted lines and trim. Comes with inner head tubing (topz picture).

PRE-SEWN: the doll body is pre-sewn, comes with inner head tubing (bottom picture)
