Mohair is the shorn fleece of the Angora goat. Mohair is very strong and lustrous.This roving is shinier and has a harder finish than wool rovings. It is the roving which is most like human hair, smooth and slippery. One ounce is about a yard and a quarter of 1" thick roving rope.
