We are happy to take your order by phone, please note these orders will include a $5.00 surcharge for orders under $50.00.

SHIPPING METHODS:
For orders within the
48 contiguous states, we ship UPS or USPS Priority mail, which
usually takes 3-4 days in the continental U.S. In general, we
ship at actual cost plus a $2.00 packing and handling fee.
Minimum shipping: Orders under $10.90 will automatically be shipped first class mail for $4.99.
You can also request first class mail for more expensive orders,
which is tracked but not insured. Depending on how many ounces the order is, first class shipping can cost up to $6.56. Include a note
on the basket page if you want this. The lesser amount won't show up online, we'll
reduce the order total as we process your order.
Note: first class mail can only be
used for orders under 13 ounces.
RUSH DELIVERY:
Need it faster? We can send overnight, second day air or three
day select.
Leave a message on the basket page which actual date you need to order to arrive for faster shipping
request.
We can't know the cost until the order is packed, weighed
and measured. We will contact you with the cost for approval, and will not ship at an increased cost unless we have your OK.
IMPORTANT FOR RUSH DELIVERY: Please use a credit card, do NOT use Paypal to pay for a rush order. With Paypal, we have no way of assessing the increased shipping fee, and there will be a delay of at least one day for us to send a paypal request for a new total.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?:
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless you are
otherwise notified. Please refer to the map below for UPS time
in transit.
Listed below are our shipping charges. There
are some exceptions to the chart for ground shipments:
Discount orders: are shipped at cost plus
$2.00 handling if this exceeds our normal shipping chart. Occasionally,
especially for bulky items, shipping may cost more than in the
chart below.
Orders under a pound are usually sent priority
mail if it is less than UPS, and we will pass the savings along
to you. Note: this will not show up on the shopping basket, we
will adjust the order to the minimum as we process your order.

RETURNS:
We guarantee all our goods. You
may return goods in original condition for any reason within
30 days of shipping for a full refund less shipping costs. (Wigs
and velour swatches excepted.) Re-stocking charge of 15% applies
