ORDERING METHODS WITHIN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES:

You can order quickly and securely on our online shopping cart system. There is also a checkout option to send in a check by mail if you do not want to input credit card details. Please note your order will not ship until the check has been received.

SHIPPING METHODS:

In general, we ship at actual cost plus a $2.00 packing and handling fee. Many products can be shipped less expensively than the shopping cart amount, and we are committed to saving you as much as we can on shipping costs.

We have a large array of products. Some, like fabric and wool, are bulks, heavy and cost more to ship than lighter items, like felt and jewelry findings. Our shopping cart cannot tell the difference, so has a 'one size fits all' flat rate amount.

Most of our orders are shipped for less than the automated shopping cart amount, and savings are passed on to our customers. We manually reduce the shipping cost as we process your order, you will see the reduced shipping on your order receipt. We do not charge your credit card until your order is packed and shipped, so you are charged only after we see if we can save you on shipping cost.

For most orders within the 48 contiguous states, we ship UPS ground, USPS Priority or Parcel post.
NOTE: for customers who request one particular service only:
If you want only UPS, or only Priority, please be aware it may be more expensive than the amount in the shopping cart. Put a note in the instructions box what you want, and that the extra cost is authorized by you.

RUSH DELIVERY:
Need it faster? We can send overnight, second day air or three day select.

Leave a message on the basket page which actual date you need to order to arrive for faster shipping request.

We can't know the cost until the order is packed, weighed and measured.

The cost will be more. If you want to know the cost before shipping, please say so in the special instructions box at checkout, or in an email. If we need to contact you, and cannot reach you, your order will be delayed. Thank you!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?:
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless you are otherwise notified. Please refer to the map below for UPS time in transit.
FASTER SHIPPING: We will ship the less expensive of USPS Priority or UPS ground. Time in transit is usually be 5 days or less.
LESS EXPENSIVE: Parcel post and First Class Mail are also an option to save costs. Transit time will be longer, parcel post can take 2-3 weeks.

Listed below are our shipping charges. There are some exceptions to the chart for ground shipments:

Discount, ECO wool and wool stuffing orders: are shipped at cost plus $2.00 handling if this exceeds our normal shipping chart. Occasionally, especially for bulky items, shipping may cost more than in the chart below.

ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
Once in a great while, packages may be lost or damaged in shipping. Please note we are not in control of and cannot be responsible for the postal system or UPS.
We will initiate an insurance claim for you. This takes time. A tracer is put out to see if the package can be located. If your order was sent USPS and was damaged, you will be asked to take the package to the Post Office for inspection. This is a pain, but is how the insurance system works. It can take up to a month for a package to be found or an insurance claim to be paid.

If you entered the wrong address on your order and it has to be re-shipped or re-directed by UPS, you will be charged the nominal shipping or address correction cost.

RETURNS:
We guarantee all our goods. You may return goods in original condition for any reason within 30 days of shipping for a full refund less shipping costs. (Wigs and velour swatches excepted.) Re-stocking charge of 15% applies to fabrics that have been cut by the yard unless defective. Click here for return instructions.
