Weir Crafts: shipping outside the 48 states

We ship Priority or Parcel Post (Priority unless Parcel is significantly less expensive, both with confirmation delivery service) mail for these shipments. Shipping charges are actual postage and insurance plus $2.00 handling. You'll receive a tracking number so you can track your package at the US Postal web site: www.usps.gov.

Minimum shipping: Orders under $10.90 will be shipped first class mail for $4.99. You can also request first class mail for more expensive orders, which is tracked but not insured. Depending on how many ounces the order is, first class shipping can cost up to $6.56. Include a note on the basket page if you want this. The lesser amount won't show up online, we'll reduce the order total as we process your order.
Note: first class mail can only be used for orders under 13 ounces.

We ship Global Priority mail for all other shipments out of country, which is tracked and insured.

RESTRICTIONS: Due to delivery problems and customs delays, we reserve the right to refuse any international order. We are unable to ship to countries that are blocked by the US Post office for online mailing. The countries we do ship to are listed. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there.

We will add insurance if the default amount of insurance that comes with the service is not sufficient to cover your order in case of loss or damage. You'll receive a tracking number so you can track your package at the US Postal web site: www.usps.gov.

We do not mark the customs tag as a "gift" or "commercial sample", or value the order at less than what you paid. Doing any of those things is illegal.

Please be aware that we do not split ship out of stock items and or create backorders. If your order contains out of stock items they will be deleted from the order your total will be adjusted accordingly.

When you use paypal, the total cannot be adjusted on our end. As shipping costs are hard to calculate accurately before an order is packed and weighed, paypal orders are often delayed as we often need to send an additional request for the extra postage cost, which involves another paypal transaction fee as well, to say nothing of the headache of having orders stacked waiting for paypal responses. We encourage APO, AK and HI residents to use credit card instead.

For international orders, as well as the above paragraph applying, paypal charges currency exchange fees to BOTH the customer and the merchant. Along with the transaction fee and the 2.9% overall fee, just makes it too diificult to use paypal for international orders.

Shipping outside the 48 states

PAYPAL NOTE: as we cannot accurately determine shipping costs for these orders in advance, paypal is not an option for international orders, and will result in a delay for HI and AK orders. See page bottom.
