SHIPPING METHODS: For orders within the
48 contiguous states, we ship UPS or USPS Priority mail, which
usually takes 3-4 days in the continental U.S. In general, we
ship at actual cost plus a $1.50-$2.00 packing and handling fee.
Listed below are our shipping charges. There
are some exceptions to the chart for ground shipments:
Discount orders: are shipped at cost plus
$2.00 handling if this exceeds our normal shipping chart. Occasionally,
especially for bulky items, shipping may cost more than in the
chart below.
Minimum shipping: Anything that is under
$10.00, light, and can be shipped in the mail: qualifies for
minimum shipping rates. This is actual postage plus $1.50 handing,
minimum amount $2.00. If you are ordering just a pattern, swatches,
etc., this applies.
Orders under a pound are usually sent priority
mail if it is less than UPS, and we will pass the savings along
to you. Note: this will not show up on the shopping basket, we
will adjust the order to the minimum as we process your order.
HI, AK,APO, U.S. territories: The
correct amount will not show up in the shopping cart. We will
ship USPS Priority mail at actual cost plus $2 handling.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?:
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless you are
otherwise notified. Please refer to the map below for UPS time
in transit.
RUSH DELIVERY:
Need it faster? We can send overnight, second day air or three
day select. Leave a message on the basket page for faster shipping
request. We can't know the cost until the order is packed, weighed
and measured and will contact you by email with the cost, but
will go ahead and ship it at the requested faster method unless
we hear back from you in time!.
RETURNS: We guarantee all our goods. You
may return goods in original condition for any reason within
30 days of shipping for a full refund less shipping costs. (Wigs
and velour swatches excepted.) Re-stocking charge of 15% applies
